Five Things to do to Cope with the U.S Elections stress.

        On November 3rd, Americans will head to the polls to cast their vote to elect a president. Many people watch the news all of the day to see what happened to the results. I know, waiting for the election results is depressing. It feels exactly as if you are waiting for a health test results. Though, you can manage your stress.  Here is what to do to cope with this drama. First, make sure you have voted.    When you vote, it feels like you have achieved something important. Second, stay away from Social Media and the Idiot box because social media is filled with the NEWS. Make sure to drink a lot of water to stay hydrated. Eat good food. What I mean by good food is to eat chicken and salads. Listen to classical music. Why classical music? Because classical music is simply music without lyrics. This means that you will put your attention on the music instead of the lyrics. For this reason, classical music reduces stress.   In short: Make sure you have voted. Avoid social media and
