The pc requirements for GTA Grand Theft Auto 5 for PC have not been pronounced yet. The game requirements will be pronounced by rockstar in this link https://support.rockstargames.com/hc/articles/203428177

Here is what I asked rockstar and what they told me about PC game requirements

What Happend to GTA V Redux Realism Mod?

Gamers like me are astonished by the realistic game mod REDUX. However, today we were hoping that the Mod would have been released, so we could enjoy the game play of the realistic Grand Theft Auto five, but it did not! The Redux website http://gta5redux.com/ is down. It does not open. Redux has disappointed me and the other gamers.
